Following inauguration and the Terms of Reference, the ICOBA Constitution Review Committee hereby calls for Memoranda from:
1. ICOBA Sets
2. ICOBA Branches
3. Old Igbobians who are registered on the ICOBA portal www.icobainternational.org.
Individuals are encouraged to send their Memorandum through their Sets/Branches for ease of reference.
The guidelines are as follows:
a. The Memorandum should not exceed 100 (One hundred words) – preamble is unnecessary, please.
b. Memorandum can either address existing Constitutional provisions or introduce new provisions for consideration
c. Memorandum should be clear and unambiguous
d. Memorandum must take cognisance of the status of ICOBA as an Association (not a corporate entity)
The Memoranda should be sent in soft copy to:
sec-gen@icobainternational.org and 12 (twelve) hard copies to the ICOBA Secretariat at ICOBA House, Igbobi College, Yaba on or before 00:00 hrs Nigerian time on Wednesday, 19th of February, 2020.
